Bryan and Teri Engaged

I think it's just so sweet how God works....these two have gone to the same church for a while now....and then all of a sudden...BAM!! God brings them together....I have gotten to know these two separately and now together and it's so beautiful to see them together....it's evident in their interactions with each other that this is true love.

Bryan and Teri...thank you for allowing me to be a part of this journey with you....I can't wait till your wedding day. Much love to you both....

Stefan and Stephanie Engaged...

I am super excited about shooting the wedding for Stefan and Stephanie....they are going to be getting married on April 29th of this year. They are such a sweet couple...it's been a pleasure getting to know them and getting to see how God has perfectly constructed their relatioship. This is my first shot at putting a slideshow up so I am excited to see how it turns out......I hope you enjoy their pictures as much as I enjoyed shooting them....

Addalynne Grace Meares

Wow, it's been a while since my last post. Let me see...where should I begin....7 weeks ago on November 9th, God blessed me with sweet Addalynne Grace Meares. She was 2 1/2 weeks early....she weighed 6lbs 12 oz and 19 inches long....and she is absolutely perfect in every way. I thought when I went on maternity leave that I would do all the little photo sessions with her....I had all these fantasies in my head of all these great pictures I would take....and well....lets just say that didn't happen....

I can tell you what did happen and what is still happening as I enjoy this last week with my baby girl....I have done a few pictures....I have not done much house cleaning....I have held....loved....kissed...snuggled....loved some more....kissed lots more....snuggled a ton....and loved loved loved on her...held her and just looked at her....and looked at the beautiful perfect creation that God blessed me with. I do the same when I see Skylar sleeping....my husband sleeping....I can't believe that the creator of the universe has chosen me to be a mother and wife....wow!! I'm so blessed....now don't get me wrong....life is not always roses and perfect....I don't get a ton of sleep....I still get grumpy due to lack of sleep....but I'm only human....what I can say is that I am deeply deeply in love with my family.

So....below you will see this sweet precious little baby girl...that has stolen me out of the blogging world :-) As you look at her....can you blame me for not getting a darn thing done around here....LOL.....she's beautiful....and I can't believe I get to keep her....she is my daughter...and I will do my very best to take care of her just as I will do my best to take care of Skylar and Josh....and I will do it all with God's help because without him....I am nothing....There is nothing I have done or accomplished that I haven't done without him....

My baby turns 5!!

I can't believe it's been 5 years....where does the time go? My heart is so humbled by what my life holds.....5 years ago I was blessed with a precious baby boy and I cannot believe he is 5....tears fill my eyes as I realize that my baby is growing up on me and that in less than 10 days he won't be my only baby....God has not just blessed me with one precious baby, but he is blessing me with another and I just can't believe it.....Me?? of all people.....if you know me and you knew my past you would know that I am blown away by these two amazing little miracles....and the second chance that God has given Josh and I to be husband and wife again.....it just blows me away.....

So, I am honored to share with you these pictures of my sweet little boy....he was so excited for mommy to take his birthday pictures and I was so stinkin excited that we had just enough light to make it happen....

I pray that the light in those eyes never fades....

He is such a monkey...i just love this picture....he has such a personality...such a spirit....he makes me smile and laugh....i just love him so much...

if i look close enough....i can still see the baby in the boy....who will one day be a man...and i pray that of all he can grow up to be...i pray he loves Jesus with all his heart...

From one Photographer to Another

I have no pictures to post at this time, just some sincere words from my heart.....from one Photographer to another....we share the same passion....we share the same gift in which we each use it differently and no photographer is the same....we are all unique in the way God has crafted and gifted us with this amazing talent.....so next time you see another photographer in the park and you are sharing the same backdrop....it's okay to be a little nicer and ask for some space....no need to bark or be tacky....for just like you....God blessed me with a gift too and I am happy to share his universe with you and I will always be patient and ask nicely that you share his universe with me too....

Foreman Family

Recently I had the pleasure of taking pictures of the Foreman family....I just love this family. I shot these 2 little ones last year and they were so much fun. This year I got to shoot the whole family and we made some great progress around the town of El Reno and ended our day at a little boutique where Miss Claire did some shopping.....it was so sweet and makes me so anxious to meet my precious little girl.

I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed not only taking them, but reliving them through editing. God is so Good and I am so blessed!!!

Scantling Family

Have you ever met someone and you just know it has everything to do with God...that he just totally brought the two of you together for a reason and while you don't know all the details yet, you know you can trust what he is up to. Well that is how I feel about Lora Scantling. First of all this woman is an amazing photographer whom I admire and respect. She is incredible, so when she facebooked me and asked me to do her family photos, i was totally floored....Like....huh? me? are you sure? LOL....and sure enough....i got the amazing opportunity to shoot her precious family not too long ago. Alot of these photos came my my lens and her heart and soul and I'm so blessed to have been a part of this day with her. I look forward to a beautiful friendship that God has layed before us and she is going to in turn do my family photos after Addalynne is born. I am super excited!!

Romine Wedding 2010

Bare with me on this post....my photos are a little smaller.....it's still funny how I am trying to figure out blogging......I haven't blogged in sometime....life has just been so busy and with the baby due in 5 weeks.....time is flying by and it's just crazy.

All that being said....I am truly blessed and I am happy to share this blog of the Romine's wedding...these two were married a few months ago in a sweet little church in Lexington, OK...super cute couple and I pray blessings shower their lives every day.

A Meares Family Shoot At The Park

Not too long ago, I took some of my family out to do pictures for my mother-in-law Becky....in these photos you will meet Jeremy and Melissa Meares (brother and sister-in-law), my nephew Jake and nieces Erin and Espyn.....and of course my two handsome boys Josh and Skylar!!

I don't shoot my family much and so this day was really special for me as I got to take pictures of them and I just love that......so to kick it off....you will first see Josh and Skylar.....I love these two boys so much.....
