Sights of Yesterdays Gone By

Words cannot begin to express the love and gratitude I have for my friends at Express Ranches.
4 1/2 years ago you have a girl a shot and you blessed me and my family with an opportunity and I have made some wonderful that I call family. This is a very bittersweet moment in my life. I pray that God blesses Express Ranches and that his Grace pours over each of you and your families. I pray for long friendships with each of you.
I am going to miss you all so much. You each hold a very special place in my heart. You have been there for me in so many ways....you have held me up in my darkets moments....made me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry...and you have accepted and loved me for who I am. (Bless your hearts because I can be a hot mess :-))
Here are a few of my favorite images of Express Ranches.

This is the view from my desk....a little adjustments with my camera followed by some editing and it turned out just as I imagined it would....I love it..

Since my mornings started at 7 am...this was my breathtaking view so many mornings..

Here is a direct shot towards the Show Barn in broad day light...

And here is another breathtaking sunrise....

"For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won't even hurt your foot on a stone." Psalm 91:11

Tonya

This beautiful lady is Tonya, she is a hair stylist at Allure Salon, where I get my hair done....she is so sweet and when I scheduled my most recent appointment, i told her that I would love to shoot her precious belly and she agreed. Here are some shots we took out back at the hair salon.

God Bless!!

A few sweet random moments....

So, last week I went to Photo Lifegroup and got to see my great friend Ashley as well as some other dear friends of mine who I love dearly.....I had not seen Ashley for a while so I got there early so I could pester her. I was in awe of these curtains hanging in her house and here is what I turned the colors into.....hmmm....I love me some LIGHTROOM!!!
and I adore this girl....Ashley Ofosu....you can check out her work here http://www.ashleyophoto.com/

This is a pretty piece on gher mantle.....I really like what it says

okay so Josh and I were able to get some new furniture over the weekend and it was so cute to see Skylar wanting so much to help his daddy....I could not resist pulling out my camera and stealing some shots of my boys putting together our kitchen table.

"She's My Paul"

She's my "Paul"...she leads me to light...points me straight to God's word and no matter what I do or say...she loves me unconditionally. She is a woman of God who is bold in her faith and she is my dear friend.
Meredith gave birth to little Brigham back in December and when the Christmas snow storm hit our travel plans were cancelled so I have been waiting anxiously and patiently for this weekend to get here so I could take pictures of this precious little man.
I love you Mere and I am so blessed that you are in my life.

"For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future"
Jeremiah 29:11

"50" Really?

So, last week my sweet momma turned "50"....now she is really 39 and holdin...till I turn 40...LOL...which by they way is still quite a ways a way....thank the Lord. :-) We threw her a surprise birthday party at my cousins (thank you jess) and what is so cool about this party is that through technology, my little brother was there too via web cam. It was quite a surprise. Here are some pictures...this first one being the cool plaque I got for momma with scripture.....

Here is little Bailey, who every time someone picks her up she cries, however, look who is holding her and she looks pretty content to me :-)

Here momma sees who else is at the part...very touching

SURPRISE!!!!!

And here is our special guest...my brother Nate, who I miss alot. He lives in California. See me in the bottom right corner :-) too cool....Booyah!!!
